Dino is a Partner at H&S Abogados. He has extensive experience in Administrative and Constitutional Law, regulated industries, and cultural heritage.
Dino has advised domestic and international clients on matters relating to the execution and performance of agreements with State bodies, permits, the obtaining and operation of permits, authorizations and concessions, the analysis of draft legislation and public policy, the legal framework applicable to State-owned enterprises and companies under the supervision of the Commission for the Financial Market, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT), the Transparency Law, the legal defense of clients against the administrative sanctions imposed by governmental authorities, and litigation before the ordinary courts, the Constitutional Court and the Public Procurement Court.
For eight years (2015-2020 and 2022-2025), Dino was a member of the Public and Regulatory Law Department at Claro y Cía. In 2021 and 2022, he also worked at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law on a research project analyzing the material and legal implications of the repatriation of cultural property (“Beyond Restitution: Exploring the Story of Objects after their Repatriation”).
